The Portage Minor Hockey Association will host their Annual General Meeting open to all Members on the above list Date, Time, and Location.
This Meeting is open to all members in good standing for the 2025-26 season within the Portage Minor Hockey Region.
Positions up for re-election are open to interested members of PMHA. All positions are two-year terms. If you would like any additional information on the duties involved for any of these positions, please email info@portageminorhockey.com

Motions can be brought forward to PMHA for consideration at the AGM. All motions must be submitted to info@portageminorhockey.com by Monday April 13, 2026 so they can be posted to www.portageminorhockey.com prior to the meeting.
An Agenda will be posted and/or available prior to the Meeting - at the meeting. Items for discussion can be added to New Business however no motions can be brought forward at that time.
